Clive Fogelman

Clive Fogelman

Clive Fogelman has a creative and open-minded approach to yoga and meditation, influenced by his therapeutic work and sporting background. He encourages people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving.

His yoga classes emphasise linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the mat then becomes a playground for exploration and transformation.

Anja Brierley Lange

Anja Brierley Lange
Anja Brierley Lange fell in love with the practise of yoga more than 20 years ago. She took her first teacher training course soon after at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in South India but it took another 10 years before she started to teach. In that time she took various other yoga teacher trainings including courses with Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and in the Satyananda tradition of Yoga Nidra (guided relaxations).

Her love for yoga led her to study Ayurveda to practitioner level. She now offers yoga classes, retreats, workshops and online courses in both yoga, ayurveda as well as other complementary health systems.

Anja’s teaching focuses on flow with options, variations and modifications for all levels. Her classes are inspired by both yogic and ayurvedic philosophy. And her aim is to facilitate a space to breathe, to be, and learn to listen to our own inner wisdom – with a mixture of mindfulness, light heartedness and deep work.

Sarah Dawson

Sarah Dawson - Yoga Teacher
Sarah Dawson did her first shoulder stand aged 15, and has been teaching yoga since 2007. Her friendly, accessible approach blends classical hatha yoga (of the Sivananda lineage) with Dru Yoga, a therapeutic, graceful & flowing form that re-balances our subtle energies.

Harmony and serenity is achieved through the continual flow of conscious breathing, body/breath awareness, potent sequences that awaken heart energy combined with traditional asanas, and the use of mudras, mantras, visual meditations and guided relaxation.

Sarah is also a journalist, and often has the pleasure of reviewing yoga retreats around the world!

Vikki Stevenson

Vikki Stevenson
Vikki Stevenson has been practising yoga for the past 18 years. She takes inspiration from a variety of styles, with a focus on breath-led movement and on working with our own individual bodies to find a way of moving that suits us all. She now teaches yoga full time.

Vikki is passionate about the therapeutic side of yoga and has gone on to study yoga for those living with cancer, yoga therapy for women’s health as well as pregnancy and postnatal yoga.

Vikki also has a strong interest in the transformative practice of yoga nidra, a deep guided method of relaxation. She co-teaches our Mindfulness for Wellbeing weekends in Norfolk, and teaches regular specialist courses on yoga nidra for better sleep.

Sam Rose

Sam Rose
Samantha is a Yoga Alliance Teacher having completed her 200 hour teacher training with internationally renowned Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Elena Voyce PhD of Teach Yoga.

I initially came to yoga looking for relief from lower back pain. Before long I was attending several regular weekly classes and I had found the relief I was looking for, plus so much more. Coming to the mat at The Mill fast became my haven, I soon became completely immersed and on my path of self-discovery in the practice of yoga. Having attended regular classes, several workshops and maintaining a steady personal practice, it was whilst on an amazing retreat in Morocco that it was cemented in my mind, this is what I wanted to do … teach and share the wonder of yoga.

I enjoy a mindful practice, linking movement of the body with the breath, whilst honouring where the body and mind is at that given moment. I like to create a warm, safe and supportive environment for everyone to come and practice.
