Norfolk - Mindfulness for Well-being Retreats

Just a couple of hours from London, rural south Norfolk is a fitting setting for a long, slow weekend of mindfulness, twinned with VERY gentle (lesser known) aspects of the yoga tradition.

Our gorgeous venue is set in a series of gorgeous, beautifully converted barns and stables, complete with a large dedicated studio with full-height windows and underfloor heating. Accommodation consists of ten luxurious, en-suite rooms, set around the courtyard. 

Our intention for this retreat is to offer a friendly, nourishing weekend, suitable for both complete beginners to mindfulness, and experienced students seeking a refresher, or a quiet weekend escape. We aim to provide a rounded, nurturing introduction to different mindfulness practices, complemented by super-gentle practices drawn from soft, contemplative aspects of the yoga tradition, including Restorative Yoga.

There will also be early morning silent walks in the grounds, combined with other periods of silence, in which to deepen your meditation experience.
