Norfolk - Mindfulness for Well-being Retreats

Quietness, birdsong, beautiful country walks and pretty rolling countryside are all words that spring to mind when describing this lovely part of the world. Just a couple of hours from London, this part of Norfolk makes for the perfect place for a long weekend of mindfulness.

The venue is set in a cluster of gorgeous, beautifully converted barns and stables in the heart of rural Norfolk, complete with a dedicated yoga studio. Accommodation consists of 10 high quality, en-suite rooms. 

Our intention for this retreat is to offer a friendly, nourishing weekend, suitable for both complete beginners and experienced students alike. We aim to provide tools for you to take away which will help you to reduce stress and anxiety in your everyday life.

Optional restorative yoga classes are offered, which our guests typically find to be a great tool in helping to maintain focus within their mindfulness practice.
