Are you looking for a yoga retreat, yoga weekend, mindfulness weekend or yoga and walking holiday? We create nourishing small group escapes for anyone seeking to rejuvenate body & soul in exceptional surroundings, in a supportive, relaxed atmosphere. Our three-to-five night holidays and retreats are currently based in Morocco, Croatia and Norfolk.

As owners of Chelmsford-based yoga and meditation studio, Yoga at the Mill, we are held in high industry regard, with a trusted track record for providing exceptionally welcoming, grounded and accessible escapes. 

We are especially keen to welcome newcomers to retreats, mindfulness or yoga, and our intention is to offer an enriching experience informed by a thoughtful, balanced programme, mindful teaching and an ethos of deep self-care. Detox retreats and jam-packed schedules are off our menu!

Expect a loyal team of teachers picked for their inclusive, therapeutic approach, and deep love of yoga and meditation - ancient practices with such contemporary resonance. We have taken our background in travel and health journalism into our quest to find family-owned venues with a quiet wow-factor. We promise to treat you with delicious, wholesome, balanced food (always locally sourced), including afternoon tea and home-made cake!

Mindfulness for Wellbeing Weekend, Norfolk

Our Guardian-recommended long weekends  in Norfolk are set in gorgeous, meticulously converted barns. Enjoy winter walks, chats by the wood burner, delicious vegetarian cooking, beautifully taught restorative yoga and yoga nidra to complement the mindfulness practices. A chance to rest deeply, pause, and 'be'.

Walking & Yoga Holiday, Morocco

Our sought-after Atlas Walking & Yoga holidays are highly recommended by Marie Claire Magazine and independent travel review website, Queen of Retreats. You'll stay in a eco-friendly Berber castle in the Atlas mountains, and enjoy a schedule of daily guided hikes from the door; full (generous) board; and two daily mindful yoga classes. En-suite bedrooms have private terraces and superb mountain views.

Well-being Weekend Retreat, Marrakech

Our popular Wellbeing Weekends are limited to ten guests, promoting a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Hosted by gorgeous family-owned Riads, these breaks can be seen as 'taster weekends' for when time is tight or you'd like to experience a shorter retreat first. A golden opportunity to restore body & soul, where everything (flights aside) is arranged for you: easy 20-minute airport transfers, outstanding home-cooked Moroccan food, twice-daily restoring yoga and meditation.
